| 介绍 | MoldX® A105 optimized ATH is for pultrusion, wet-mat and resin infusion applications. It can be utilized in molding processes sensitive to coarse particles greater than 45 microns and composite parts with fiberglass contents of up to 55 percent by weight. MoldX® A105 is a fine particle size ATH product with a unique particle size distribution. MoldX A105 provides low viscosity at typical or higher loading levels as well as increased resistance to settling. These attributes make it a very effective product for imparting flame retardancy and smoke suppression to resin systems. The unique particle size distribution coupled with low retention on the 325 mesh screen makes MoldX A105 particularly suited to applications such as wet mat molding and resin infusion where filler filtration via flow through the fiberglass mat is a concern. In pultrusion the low pull force given by MoldX A105 based formulations reduces the possibility of die lock up. Increased resistance to settling would be of benefit for coatings applications as well as cured in place pipe (CIPP). Generally MoldX A105 is recommended for a variety of resin processes such as pultrusion, wet mat panel production, resin infusion molding, latex foam formulations, coatings, and cast polyester and epoxy parts. |
